Workshop: Servicing, Repairs, Upgrades & Builds

We upgrade, repair and service all types of bikes in our Nairn Bike Repair Shop – road, mountain, gravel, ebikes and anything in between.

We offer three levels of servicing to suit your riding and budget and can replace or upgrade your bike’s components.

We are a Shimano Service Centre and Bosch eBike Service Centre. We carry out diagnostics for ebikes with Shimano and Bosch motors .

We always assess your bike at no cost and discuss the job with you before starting any additional work.

NEW! We now offer RockShox suspension and seat post servicing.

We are extremely busy during spring and summer and often have a wait for servicing but if you have a more urgent repair get in touch and we will try our best to help you.

A health and safety check for your bike:

Frame inspection
Bolts and fastenings checked and tightened
Bottom bracket and chain checked
Brakes and gears checked and adjusted
Tyres checked and inflated



Silver

£85

Our standard bronze service for regular cyclists plus:

Drivetrain – full inspection, clean, lube and tune
Brakes – full inspection including levers, rotors, calipers
Wheels checked for tension and true
Hubs checked & adjusted
Forks and rear suspension checked
Handlebars checked and adjusted
Test ride



Gold

£180

Our premium service recommended for long mileage, high use and events. A spa day for your bike giving it a new lease of life!

Silver service plus:

Your bike is stripped down to its component parts
All components checked, cleaned and adjusted
Test ride
Full report provided
No stone is left unturned!

Bosch and Shimano ebike servicing £145

Includes:
Diagnostic check
Motor casing clean
Connections checked
Customer report
Quotes provided for all other ebikes

Rock Shox suspension servicing – from £80

Repairs

We repair all types of bikes and we provide a free assessment and quote for any work needed.

Puncture repairs from £15 plus cost of innertube

We have trade accounts with all major distributors. We source and fit an extensive range of high-quality parts and components to improve your bike.

Custom work and builds

We are happy to discuss any other work you require including custom builds or any other project you would like support with. Just get in touch.

Please note that we supply the parts to repair your bike. We do not fit parts bought online. This helps ensure you get the right part, its genuine and quality standard, not fake (yes unfortunately we do come across lots of this) and of course helps keep our small local bike shop afloat.
