Ian
A lifelong mountain biker inspired by Sir Chris Hoy at the 2012 London Olympics. I love riding my bike and wanted to support others on their cycling journey, whatever that might be. I started out by helping out at my local cycling club as a volunteer coach and soon realised this was my bag!
I started studying and training with British Cycling to become a qualified coach, specialising in mountain biking – six years later after lots of assignments and assessments around the UK, I was awarded my Level 3 coaching qualification. I continue to offer coaching sessions by request as well as running my bike repair shop in Nairn.

Helen
Helen helps out behind the scenes with social media, the website and lots of other things. Helen is usually in the Nairn bike repair shop on a Thursday doing a bit of bike fixing and keeping on top of our sales stock.
Helen loves riding her bike in Culbin Forest and cycles in and around Nairn usually with her wee boy on the back or in tow.
